Advanced Recovery Systems is seeking seasoned, Full Time SEO Strategists to join the Marketing Department!

 

Though this is a 100% remote position

work hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EASTERN TIME are REQUIRED

 

Salary begins at $75k annually and goes up commensurate with experience

 

Junior level role requires 3 years experience
Senior level role requires 5 years

 

This role is only open to candidates inside the United States.

Pay Minimum

USD $75,000.00/Yr.

Responsibilities

The SEO Strategist will partner with the SEO and content team to manage the development and execution of our organic marketing efforts across all ARS web properties.

 

Works effectively with the Marketing leadership team to ensure success of ARS' marketing efforts by completing the following:

 

CORE JOB DUTIES:

  • Owning designated SEO projects and initiatives 
  • Developing and leverage SEO reporting to improve performance and identify areas of improvement for the organic channel as a whole.
  • Assisting with ideation and implementation of A/B tests.
  • Assisting with keyword research and page-level optimization recommendations.
  • QA content and other media assets to ensure they meet SEO requirements and best practices.
  • Assisting with technical and content audits for all ARS web properties.
  • Completing other tasks as assigned.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to details written and oral.
  • Excellent computer and record-keeping skills.
  • Experience communicating technical SEO issues to internal staff members.
  • Creativity as it pertains to formulating new strategies to drive performance.
  • Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithm.
  • Experience conducting technical SEO audits and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to leverage popular SEO tools, including but not limited to: GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs.
  • Understanding of local search ranking factors and optimization techniques.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism preferred. 
    • A combination of training and experience on the job may substitute for education.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience with SEO strategy either in-house or agency.
  • Minimum one (1) to three (3) years’ managing SEO campaigns for large or enterprise websites.
  • Proven track record of driving organic search performance and meeting KPI goals.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Data-driven, analytical thinker with sound business judgement
  • Results-driven with detailed knowledge of metrics including KPI tracking, A/B Testing and ROI analysis.
  • Self-starter with an ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to analyze changes related to Google Search Algorithm
