Recovery Village Ridgefield (RVR). With a detox facility in Vancouver, Washington and our inpatient facility in Ridgefield, Washington, The Recovery Village Ridgefield is an accredited adult rehab facility that delivers evidence-based, compassionate care for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. When you join our team, you can expect: 

• Competitive Starting Pay: $45+/hr Depending on Experience
• Shift Differentials: $4 Nights | $2 Weekends | $6 Weekend Nights

  •  $150/bi-weekly ($300/month): 25-49 driving mile radius
    • 100% paid to FT Nursing
    • 50% paid to PT Nursing
    • 0% paid to PRN Nursing
  • $200/bi-weekly ($400/month): 50+ driving mile radius
    • 100% paid to FT Nursing
    • 50% paid to PT Nursing
    • 0% paid to PRN Nursing

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Licensed to practice in the State of Washington
• Out of State Nursing license? We will reimburse for you to obtain a WA-RN License!

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse
• Behavioral health experience
