100% Remote | Starting Salary: $40-45/hr Commensurate With Experience | Must Reside in CST or EST

Responsibilities

The Recruiter (Temp 3-6 Months) will create requisitions, post jobs, review applicants, phone screen candidates as needed, submit candidates for review, arrange interviews, and assist with administrative functions for the talent acquisition department. The Recruiter may, as needed, cold call candidates and assist other recruiters with networking activities.  This position will serve as a backup or extra assistance to any other talent acquisition activities and tasks as needed. This role will have focus area support to the Clinical (therapists, counselors, social workers, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc.) and Corporate departments. Competencies and specifica areas of responsibility include:

 

  • Develop and implement a unique recruiting plan based on the job description and corporate goals
  • Partner, as a subject matter expert, with lead recruiter and management to positively impact quality of hire
  • Understand hiring and labor laws and ensure that best candidates are sourced and hired for each position using passive candidate sourcing strategies and best in class Talent Acquisition practices.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and other reports as necessary to keep the business apprised of the workflow.
  • Maintain open communication with management to anticipate openings, ensure candidate pool is appropriate and adjust strategy as needed. Prioritize open positions to ensure most critical needs are filled first. Conduct pre-screening and arrange interviews for managers.
  • Maintain communication with candidates and sources for candidates (such as colleges and universities) to ensure a candidate pipeline. Negotiate salary and offers to ensure best use of compensation dollars Partner, as a subject matter expert, with management to positively impact quality of hire
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of clinical behavioral health recruitment experience, preferred.
  • AIRS or Recruitment Certification, Behavioral Interview Training and or Top Grading experience a plus.
